Your Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities with a focus on high-growth technology and software companies.
• Monitor and support portfolio companies, track performance metrics, and provide strategic insights to drive value creation.
• Sourcing of new investment opportunities by networking with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and venture capital partners.

Your profile

• Strong Corporate Finance & M&A expertise, gained through studies, internships, or work experience, with top-tier performance (Top 5-10%) from a leading university or employer.
• >1 year of professional experience in Private Equity, Growth Equity, Top-Tier Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking / M&A advisory.
• Top-tier internships (1-2) are essential for candidates with limited work experience.
• Academic background from leading universities, preferably a Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Business, with a GPA in the top 5-10%.
• A valid work permit for Germany is mandatory
