As a working student in our People & Culture team, you’ll play an active role in our day-to-day internal HR operations and contribute to the successful execution of our team’s goals.

Support in recruiting activities and organizing events with university clubs and student initiatives
Prepare engaging documents and presentations for internal and conduct in-depth research on relevant people topics
Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the people & culture space
Bachelor's/Master's student (HR Management, Psychology or similar)
Relevant practical experience in HR/Consulting experience is a plus
Strong communication skills in German & English (C1)
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with Personio and Leapsome is a plus
Valid work permit for Germany
