Your Mission

As a working student in our People & Culture team, you’ll play an active role in our day-to-day operations and contribute to the successful execution of our team’s goals. You’ll be involved in a wide range of internal HR topics as well as supporting HR initiatives across our portfolio companies.

This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders on strategic people projects and initiatives. We also want you to grow with us – that’s why you’ll take ownership of your own project, learning to drive it independently from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone who is a strategic thinker, curious to dive into new topics, and eager to learn and develop.

Start date: July 2025
Duration: Minimum 6 months

Your Responsibilities

Prepare engaging templates, documents, and presentations for internal and external use
Support in coordinating candidates and preparing internal HR-related topics
Help facilitate team meetings and workshops, ensuring smooth execution
Take ownership of project management tasks from planning to follow-up
Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the people & culture space
Conduct in-depth research on relevant HR and people topics and summarize key insights

Your profile

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
You have first experience in project management or working within project teams
You bring strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people
You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel or Google Workspace tools
Ideally, you have previous knowledge or experience in Human Resources or Consulting
You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
You hold a valid work permit for Germany
