Your mission
For the Investment Controlling team, we are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Munich office. You will work at the heart of impactful, partnership-driven investments, collaborating closely with our portfolio companies, investment teams, and investors. As a Valuation & Investment Controlling Specialist, you will be involved in all aspects of portfolio monitoring and analysis—from regular reporting and valuation to investor relations and support during new investments—and are expected to take on responsibility and ownership early on. The ideal candidate combines a passion for financial analysis and portfolio controlling with a strong commitment to excellence, independent thinking, and entrepreneurship.
Your Responsibilities

• Manage regular reporting for the Private Equity portfolios Armira Mittelstand, Armira Growth, and Armira Opportunities in collaboration with portfolio companies, investment teams, and Armira management

• Analyze and prepare company and portfolio performance data (including financial metrics and KPIs) for investors and Armira management

• Conduct regular company valuations based on ongoing dialogue with portfolio companies and investment teams

• Develop and enhance reporting and valuation concepts as well as digital data management systems for financial metrics of portfolio companies, Armira funds, and investor performance

• Roll out and manage the controlling framework for the Armira management company based on Lucanet

• Serve as point of contact for investors and auditors, and coordinate with external advisors

• Support new investments, including financial structure modeling and analysis


Your profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• 2-3 years of professional experience in audit, management consulting, private equity, or in Investment Controlling, Deal Advisory, Transaction Services, or Fund Administration

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality in your work

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, problem-solving capabilities, and entrepreneurial thinking

• Proven expertise in corporate valuation methodologies

• Experience with Lucanet is a plus

• Confident and professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders (portfolio companies, investors, and advisors)

• Strong hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams to drive efficient collaboration within the Armira Group

• Flexibility, client orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
