Your Mission

Our Accounting Team is growing – and we're looking for you to join us!

  • Independent preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB/RechKredV/KAGB for the Armira capital management company, for selected Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) as well as coordination of annual audits
  • Quality assurance of accounting for the KVG and selected AIFs
  • Coordination of interim profit and loss statements for the KVG as well as support of the company's controlling process in collaboration with the Controlling Team
  • Handling of VAT matters (including VAT advance returns, reverse charge; recharges) and lump-sum tax issues in collaboration with the Tax Team
  • Responsibility for intra-group recharges
  • Support with liquidity and budget planning
  • Point of contact for tax advisors, auditors and service providers
  • Participation in the ongoing optimization and digitalization of accounting processes in the Armira Group

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed business administration degree or commercial training with successfully completed further education as a certified accountant (IHK)
  • Qualification as a tax advisor as a possible plus
  • In-depth knowledge of HGB accounting as well as associated confident application of VAT regulations; solid knowledge of lump-sum taxation
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a fund or capital management company or in a holding structure with investments
  • Very confident handling of DATEV/DUO and ideally LucaNet as well as very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Structured, analytical and meticulous working style combined with hands-on mentality and high sense of personal responsibility
  • Strong team skills and communication skills in collaboration with neighboring teams
  • Openness and curiosity to improve existing processes in terms of digitalization and automation
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
