Your Mission
For the Investor Relations team, we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Munich office as an Investor Relations intern or working student. You will be at the heart of our investor communications and relationship management, working closely with our Capital Formation leadership team to strengthen partnerships with existing and prospective LPs. As an intern or working student, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of investor relations - from preparing materials for investor meetings and annual conferences to managing CRM systems and supporting the optimization of our IR infrastructure. This role offers a unique opportunity to build expertise at the intersection of private equity, stakeholder management, and strategic communications.
Your Responsibilities
  • Presentation Creation – Design and preparation of presentations for investor meetings, conferences, and partner communications.
  • Investor Event Preparation – Planning and coordination of investor events, including logistics, agendas, and materials.
  • DDQ Coordination – Managing and responding to investor due diligence questionnaires, ensuring consistency and cross-team alignment.
  • CRM & Process Management – Maintaining the Affinity CRM, tracking follow-ups, and managing key IR activities.
  • IR Tool Optimization – Supporting the rollout and improvement of IR tools and workflows (Affinity, Mailchimp, Preqin).
  • Market & Investor Analysis – Analyzing market trends, portfolio developments, and the investor landscape to generate actionable insights.
Your profile
  • Excellent academic performance; min. 4th semester Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • Prior internship experience in Private Equity, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Strategy Consulting preferred
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM systems (ideally Affinity) is a plus
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset paired with critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills in German & English (C1)
  • Working student: Available 15–20 hours per week, with immediate availability
  • Intern: Available full-time
